From the exhibition curator, Ola Jarosz:
We invite everyone who knows Jakub, has heard of him, or has seen his artworks in person or online.
We welcome all those who wish to get to know the artist and admire his incredible paintings in the beautiful space of the Lachert Manor.
Jakub will be presenting outdoor, naturalistic, realistic, minimalist, Fauvist, suprematist, and abstract works.
As his proud friends, in collaboration with the Creative Work Center - Lachert Manor in Ciechanki, the Municipal Public Library in Puchaczów, and the Solidarni Górnicy Foundation in Bogdance, we invite you to the vernissage on September 1st.
Szymon Chołomiej with his ensemble will provide the musical accompaniment (jazz!). The graphic design is being prepared by the renowned artist Ewa Podlodowska (whom we also wholeheartedly support!).
This event is organized as part of the Bogdanka Social Engagement program.
The event has been placed under the patronage of the Łęczna County Commissioner.
The exhibition showcases various perspectives of the artist on the landscape. Here, you can observe naturalistic works painted outdoors, which serve as a starting point, realistic pieces from the studio where every detail matters, images aspiring to minimalism to create a specific atmosphere, tonalistic, as well as works detached from reality, containing elements of fantasy or Fauvist characteristics, rebelling against realism, as well as suprematist pieces aiming for abstraction, and purely abstract ones, increasingly focused on the artist's inner thoughts and feelings related to the landscape and their previous body of work.
